1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tancap4d ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the online betting and casino platform at tancap4d.best and all related services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tancap4d platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines published from time to time. Tancap4d reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) tancap4d account active at any one time. Registering more than one account by the same individual – whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment method – is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

At the point of registration, you are responsible for providing information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. tancap4d reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill or a bank statement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tancap4d account password and login credentials. You must notify the tancap4d support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. tancap4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Tancap4d strongly encourages all users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in their account settings as an added layer of security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Tancap4d accepts deposits via approved Malaysian digital payment methods only. The accepted methods are as follows:

Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. All successful deposits are credited to your tancap4d account within seconds of payment confirmation being received from the payment service provider.

Withdrawal for standard members are processed within 30 minutes, while tancap4d VIP members enjoy express withdrawals within 5 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified method registered in your account. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering measure.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Users may close their tancap4d account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email at support@tancap4d.best. Before closure is processed, any remaining net balance in the account (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

Tancap4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The user provided false information during registration.
• Account held by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Tancap4d receives a request from a relevant law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Tancap4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:
